Shop Return Policy
As soon as you’ve decided to make a return, let us know! We strive to maintain a hassle-free shopping experience and do our part in reducing the impact on our environment.
Returns on items eligible for returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt. Items must be returned unopened/unused, with tags and labels, in their original packaging.
Items Not Eligible for Return
Please note that we do not accept returns of opened or discounted items, or products that are specified as non-returnable in its description unless they are faulty. All returns must be in their original condition and remain unopened with all seals intact.
For assistance with all skincare, makeup, haircare, and fragrance items that have been opened, tried or tested, please contact customer service at email@example.com. Kindly note that these items are subject to store credit rather than the original payment method. Any item returned after 30 days of receipt is not eligible for a refund.
At this time theSKIN does not accept exchanges, however, we are more than happy to assist you in returning the original item and finding a different product, size, color, shape, etc. to better meet your needs. Please also feel free to browse gettheskin.com/shop to purchase a new item.
Receiving a Refund
A refund will be processed once we have received your returned items. Any items that are damaged when we receive them are not eligible for a refund.
Returns must be shipped using theSKIN’s prepaid return label that will be emailed to you once your return has been approved. The $10 return label will be deducted from the amount credited back. All items returned will be credited back to the original form of payment used for the original transaction at the price it was purchased.
